At Hinomi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic setup. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your workspace, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a smooth refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a convenient collection time from your home.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for any damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
